Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the Whatever Eats mobile application ("App") operated by Whatever Eats LLC ("we", "us").
By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms apply to all users of the App. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the App.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old to use the App. By using the App, you represent that the information you provide is accurate and current.
3. User Accounts
Some features require creating an account using email and password authentication. You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and all activity that occurs under your account.
We may suspend or delete accounts that violate these Terms or pose security risks.
4. Location Services
The App uses your device’s location only while the App is in use to suggest nearby restaurants.
- Location permissions can be disabled at any time in your device settings.
- We do not guarantee the accuracy of location-based results.
5. Third-Party Services
The App uses third-party services including, but not limited to:
- Google Places API (restaurant discovery and details)
- Firebase (authentication, database, and infrastructure)
Your use of the App may also be subject to those providers’ terms and privacy policies.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the App for unlawful, abusive, or harmful purposes
- Attempt to reverse engineer, modify, or copy the App
- Interfere with the App’s security, performance, or functionality
- Submit misleading, fraudulent, or malicious content
7. Intellectual Property
All App content, branding, logos, and code are owned by Whatever Eats LLC unless otherwise stated. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
8. Third-Party Content Disclaimer
Restaurant information is provided by third-party sources. We do not guarantee accuracy, availability, or your experience with any business listed in the App.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided “as is” and “as available.” We make no warranties regarding accuracy, reliability, or uninterrupted service.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Whatever Eats LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
11. Account Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts at any time for violations of these Terms, security concerns, legal requirements, or operational reasons.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States.
Privacy Policy
1. Information We Collect
We collect only what is necessary to operate the App:

- Location data: used temporarily to suggest nearby restaurants while the App is in use

3. Data Storage & Security
We use Firebase to store and process user data. We take reasonable measures to protect your information, but no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

- With trusted service providers (for example, Firebase and Google Places) to operate core App features
