Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the Whatever Eats mobile application (the "App") operated by Whatever Eats LLC ("we", "us", or "our").

By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. By using the App, you represent that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

2. User Accounts

To access certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

3. Use of Location Services

The App uses your device’s location to recommend nearby restaurants. Location data is only collected while using the App and is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

You may disable location access through your device settings, though this may limit core functionality.

4. Google Places API Integration

Whatever Eats integrates with the Google Places API. By using the App, you agree to be bound by Google’s Terms of Service and Google’s Privacy Policy in addition to ours.

5. Permitted Use

You agree to use the App for personal, non-commercial use only. You agree not to:

• Access or use the App for unlawful or harmful purposes;
• Attempt to interfere with its security or integrity;
• Copy, reverse engineer, or modify the App’s code;
• Submit false or misleading information or content.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, logos, and original materials in the App are the property of Whatever Eats LLC, unless otherwise noted. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or exploit any part of the App without prior written permission.

7. Third-Party Content

Restaurant listings and related data are provided via third-party services (e.g., Google Places). We are not responsible for the accuracy, quality, or safety of third-party content, nor any experience you may have with a business listed in the App.

8. Disclaimers

• The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind.
• We do not guarantee the availability, accuracy, or suitability of any restaurant recommendation.
• We are not liable for any damages, food-related issues, or business transactions that occur as a result of using the App.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Whatever Eats LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the App at our sole discretion, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms or for any other reason we deem necessary.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via the App or by email. Your continued use of the App after changes are made constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles.
